Make sure you save file as Office file e.g. (.doc) or at the minimim a text file (.txt). Others receiving your file may not be able to open it.
If your course menu is missing, chances are you have closed it (perhaps unintentionally).
If you cannot see the content of the course on the left side of the page, where you could before select assignments, syllabus, quizzes, etc...you have changed the view and need to select to see it again. Take your mouse and scroll the left edge of the screen to make a right arrow "appear." The arrow unfortunately is not visible until your mouse rolls over it. Once you see the arrow, click on it and the course menu will expand again so you can navigate the course.

The Otterbein community is currently reporting the latest version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer may not be fully compatible with Blackboard Learn 9.1. Therefore, please only access Blackboard Learn 9.1 with the Firefox web browser until further notice. Firefox is available online as a free download and is also installed on every classroom and laboratory computer at Otterbein University.
Contact the Instructor first and ask if the class has been made available. All classes are turned off by default and instructor will make it available to see.
